Atlanta – (May 15, 2014) – Promethean today announced that ClassFlow, its revolutionary, cloud-based teaching and lesson-planning platform was named the “Top Lesson Planning Website” in the Teacher Tools category of ComputED Gazette’s 2014 BESSIE Awards.
The BESSIE Awards target innovative and content-rich websites, applications and software programs that provide teachers and parents with the necessary technology to promote educational excellence. Winners are selected from titles submitted by publishers worldwide.
“We live in an exciting world where it is quite natural for all learning to be interactive, content to be vast, and people to be both connected and collaborative at all times,” said Scott Cary, Head of Marketing and Products at Promethean. “In many classrooms, the challenge is not a lack of technology and teaching resources, but orchestrating their use to enhance student engagement and to improve learning outcomes. ClassFlow was designed to meet this need.”
